Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is a global commercial real estate services firm with a presence in 80 countries. Recognising the significance of gender equality at the leadership level, JLL partnered with INCLUDE to establish a more gender-diverse workplace.
Objective: The design of Women in Leadership programs that enhance gender representation at the leadership level in APAC and EMEA while equipping leaders with the tools to sponsor high-potential women in their career growth.
Results:
- Contextualised and delivered 78 high-quality sessions and received above-average employee engagement scores from Asia Pacific and EMEA.
- INCLUDE facilitators received a net promoter score (NPS) of 72%. 25-33% is the market average NPS score.
- INCLUDE facilitators were perceived as subject matter experts by 90% of participants.

Travel Tech Company
American-based company tech company operating in travel experiences. To support its global D&I strategy, they recognised the need for global inclusion programs to be contextualised to reflect their Asia Pacific (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan, China) and EMEA markets.
Objective: To adapt and deliver facilitator-led D&I training on Allyship and Navigating Biases for employees across the Asia Pacific and EMEA.
