INCLUDE was founded in 2019 in Singapore when we saw the need to provide solutions that were proven to work for organisations seeking to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

Helen Duce

CEO

Helen (She/her/hers) is an international expert in DEI and a seasoned keynote speaker and panellist on gender diversity in the workplace. She has designed and led a wide range of diversity and inclusion solutions for multinational organisations across Asia, Europe and North America.

 

In addition to heading INCLUDE, she is also an active member and founder of Lean in Network, Singapore, and Executive Consultant to INSEAD’s Gender Initiative.

 

Helen has a background in strategy, marketing and sustainable business. She started her career with Unilever, where she spent 12 years, before co-founding and running a successful global marketing consultancy that was sold to WPP in 2014. She founded INCLUDE consulting in 2019.

Edwin Seah

Director

Edwin Seah (he/him/his) has over a decade of experience in talent management and recruitment in APAC and the Middle East.

 

In his current role, Edwin works with clients to advance their skills and knowledge in DEI by designing innovative training strategies and programmes.

 

Prior to joining INCLUDE, Edwin held senior recruitment roles at Deliveroo and at Microsoft where he was a key contributor across talent management, recruitment and learning & development functions.

 

Edwin is also on the leadership team of Lean In Singapore, a volunteer-led organisation with over 3,900 members that encourage women to build peer-to-peer support networks.

 

Edwin graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU), he has a background in marketing and he is an ACLP certified facilitator.

Angel Kilian

Director

Angel (she/her/hers) specialises in designing and implementing successful DEI strategies across various diversity dimensions and reaching the Asia-Pacific market and beyond.

 

Before her work at INCLUDE, Angel led talent development, recruitment and L&D teams in companies such as WeWork, PageUp and Spencer-Ogden. Her broad experience across various people functions helps her truly understand business needs as she implements evidence-based solutions to deliver business impact.

 

As a DEI advocate, she contributes her thought leadership on various platforms and has been recognised as Linkedin’s “Top Voice” for Gender, Equity and Company Cultures. She is also a guest blogger, an active speaker on panel discussions, and a trained Coach by the ICF Coaching federation.

Ritika Datta

Director

Ritika Datta is the Director of INCLUDE’s DEI Academy, where she spearheads the development of evidence-based learning solutions aimed at fostering meaningful and lasting change.

 

She brings to the team over a decade of expertise in the learning and ed-tech space, designing and delivering impactful learning products and immersive experiences for client organisations such as Airbus, Akamai, Bosch, L&T and Oracle.

 

With a background in behavioural psychology, Ritika is today channelling her passion for behavioural science, learning and technology to cultivate diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces.

 

Before joining INCLUDE, Ritika served as the Head of Digital Learning at Skills Cafe, a learning game design studio. During her tenure, she orchestrated the creation of an award-winning suite of micro-games and simulations focusing on core workplace skills. Under her leadership, the product evolved from a concept with only two clients to a robust portfolio of 120 games, impacting the learning journeys of 25,000 individuals.

 

Ritika’s dedication to research has her speaking at events and publishing papers on topics such as transfer of learning in the workplace, the future of simulations for skill-building, and the transformative power of games in creating effective pull-based e-learning environments.

 

She is also the creative mind behind Table Talk, a collaborative storytelling board game centred around the experiences of women in the workplace.

 

A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Masters in Social Psychology, Ritika’s multifaceted skills and passion for creating positive change make her a driving force in the realm of workplace learning and diversity initiatives.

 

When not designing meaningful games, Ritika enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family.

Low Chin Loo

Director

Chin Loo is a passionate advocate and respected leader of gender diversity and inclusion. She has worked in the gender space for 20 years, serving as President of Financial Women’s Association of Singapore, executive committee member of BoardAgender and as founding chairperson of BNP Paribas’ MixCity SEA. She is currently a Director at INCLUDE Consulting, after serving as Strategic Advisor to EDGE Strategy, a Swiss-based company that helps measure, accelerate and certify workplace diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). She is also in the DEI Code working group for Chartered Financial Association Institute, helping to roll out the code in APAC, starting with Singapore.

 

Chin Loo is a seasoned finance professional with more than 20+ years of experience in foreign exchange and capital market products. She has worked at BNP Paribas, DBS Bank and Wealth Management Institute, as a trader, senior foreign exchange and interest rate strategist and programme director.

 

Chin Loo is equally passionate about education and technology and advises several start-ups on strategy and sales channels. She is an active mentor in the financial services industry. Chin Loo holds an Advanced Certificate in Sustainability and Sustainable Business from SMU /GNCS and a Masters of Science in Applied Finance from the National University of Singapore. Based in Singapore, she is married and a mother to two grown-up children and numerous pets at home.

Rakesh Mariyappan

Instructional Designer

Rakesh (he/him/his) has over a decade of experience working with public and private sector organisations. With a passion for creating eLearning modules, graphics, and multimedia that leave a lasting impact, Rakesh has made a name for himself as a leader in his field.

 

Rakesh’s expertise in designing scalable solutions has allowed him to provide high-quality services to a diverse range of organisations, from startups to multinational corporations.

 

In addition to his design skills, Rakesh is a certified trainer and facilitator in Adult Learning and Curriculum Development (ACLP), bringing him a wealth of knowledge and perspectives to every project he takes on.

Mitali Das

Workplace Manager

Mitali (she/her/hers) is a Workplace Manager with extensive experience in helping startups and new businesses expand in Asia. With over 20 years of living and working in various Asian countries, Mitali possesses a deep understanding of the region’s dynamic culture and how this diversity can benefit organisations.

Mitali holds a degree in Psychology, which has fuelled her passion for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. She firmly believes in building a culture that fosters an enjoyable and positive work environment for all employees, driving success and growth for the organisation.

 

Her expertise in workplace management, combined with her cultural sensitivity and passion for inclusivity, ensures that her clients receive tailored solutions that drive results and foster employee satisfaction.

 

Mitali is also an expert facilitator on D&I topics and, PMP certified.

Johnny Lim
