Client success stories

Anita, Account Director

The ideas and effort behind the innovative program are based on evidence that includes navigating the challenges in the workplace, peer support and network access. I understood and learnt more about how to get the best support from my manager, other ways to navigate and manage myself, and a better system to self support throughout my career.

Yoko, General manager

What I learned was that being able to say what I want to say, and being able to say what I need to say in any circumstance is very important. And with consideration to others, of course, but most importantly, consideration to myself. I learned it is okay to be myself at work.

Bell, Senior Director

It gives you an affirmation that the challenges and apprehensions that you thought may be unique to you also happened to others. I learned a lot from my fellow participants, which inspired me to get going, make a difference and also continue doing my best. It's a good feeling when their experiences at work and their thoughts somewhat resonate with yours. and I'm really excited to build a relationship and create a positive support group with my gorgeous circle.

Suechi, Head of Sourcing

It teaches all of us to embrace the fear and to also seize the opportunity. There were also a lot of takeaways such as how to navigate through difficult situations, difficult conversations. I also enjoyed the networking sessions with the leaders where they shared glimpses into their personal lives and how they shaped their career journey.
