(She/her/hers) is the founder and CEO of INCLUDE, and a recognised expert on Gender Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She has led gender & DEI workshops and training programs across Asia, Europe, and North America with organisations such as Standard Chartered Bank, JLL, Airbnb, CGIAR, World Food Program, IHH, Google, Grant Thornton, and Facebook.

Helen acts as an Executive Consultant for the INSEAD Gender Initiative and is the founder of Lean In Singapore. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a certified registered management consultant (IMC) she has also been active as an adjunct professor at IE Business School, Madrid, CUHK (Chinese University of Hong Kong), and INSEAD.

 

She lives in the UK with her husband, fours kids, one dog, two cats, and at the last count, 6 fish. She’s a keen cook, an avid reader and novice tap dancer.

Angel Kilian (she/her/her) is a Director at INCLUDE and specialises in designing and implementing successful D&I strategies across multiple pillars of diversity, reaching the Asia-Pacific market and beyond.

With over a decade of experience across various people functions, she has successfully delivered programs for companies such as Standard Chartered, Credit Suisse, JLL, Airbnb, and Grant Thornton that enable change in workforces. Angel’s projects’ key accomplishments include increasing women’s representation at the executive level and decreasing organisations’ attrition rates. 

 

Before her work at INCLUDE, Angel led talent development, recruitment and L&D teams in companies such as WeWork, PageUp and Spencer-Ogden. Her broad experience across various people functions gives her the ability to truly understand business needs and help implement evidence-based solutions to deliver business impact.

 

As an advocate of D&I, she contributes her thought leadership on various platforms and has been recognised as LinkedIn’s “Top Voice” for Gender Equity and Company Cultures. She is also a guest blogger, an active speaker on panel discussions, and a trained Coach by the ICF Coaching Federation. 

 

She has lived and worked across Asia and Australia with her family.
