Modules for Certified D&I Strategist Program
Module 1
Diversity and Inclusion Foundations
Through this introductory module, you will learn how to confidently define the business case for diversity and inclusion, the need for change and its positive impacts on the workplace.
Module 2
Collecting Diversity and Inclusion Data
Understand the importance of data and the different types of D&I data. Next, you will know how to effectively and sensitively collect, store and analyze D&I data.
Module 3
Analyzing and Reporting Diversity and Inclusion Data
Find out how to analyze D&I data to understand the current state of D&I in your workplace and be able to effectively measure and track your progress over time.
Module 4
Developing a D&I Strategy
Learn about the key principles to develop a long-term D&I strategy and be guided through an effective and practical approach to design your own strategy and action plan.
Module 5
Evidence-based Interventions to Advance D&I
Explore evidence based D&I actions that have been proven to mitigate bias in existing policies and processes such as recruitment, performance management.
Module 6
Communicating and aligning the organization on D&I
You will learn how to influence various stakeholders and be able to communicate your D&I narrative competently and confidently.
Final Assessment
At the end of the program, participants will complete a final evaluation that will require them to present to an expert strategist their D&I narrative, including their current state, strategy, and action plan . Each participant will receive feedback and inputs to ensure their Strategy and Action is effective and impactful. The evaluation is aligned with the key insights and learnings covered throughout the program.
