Ritika Datta is the Director of INCLUDE’s DEI Academy, where she spearheads the development of evidence-based learning solutions aimed at fostering meaningful and lasting change.

She brings to the team over a decade of expertise in the learning and ed-tech space, designing and delivering impactful learning products and immersive experiences for client organisations such as Airbus, Akamai, Bosch, L&T and Oracle.

With a background in behavioural psychology, Ritika is today channelling her passion for behavioural science, learning and technology to cultivate diverse, inclusive and equitable workplaces.

Before joining INCLUDE, Ritika served as the Head of Digital Learning at Skills Cafe, a learning game design studio. During her tenure, she orchestrated the creation of an award-winning suite of micro-games and simulations focusing on core workplace skills. Under her leadership, the product evolved from a concept with only two clients to a robust portfolio of 120 games, impacting the learning journeys of 25,000 individuals.

Ritika’s dedication to research has her speaking at events and publishing papers on topics such as transfer of learning in the workplace, the future of simulations for skill-building, and the transformative power of games in creating effective pull-based e-learning environments.

She is also the creative mind behind Table Talk, a collaborative storytelling board game centred around the experiences of women in the workplace.

A graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a Masters in Social Psychology, Ritika’s multifaceted skills and passion for creating positive change make her a driving force in the realm of workplace learning and diversity initiatives.

When not designing meaningful games, Ritika enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with her family.
