Why INCLUDE?

INCLUDE is a global DEI consultancy, rooted in Asia and expanding in the UK and Europe, with hands-on experience helping organisations create change that sticks. We work at two levels, shifting the systems that shape outcomes and building the behaviours that shape everyday decisions. Everything we recommend is grounded in evidence and data, designed to be practical, and tailored to your local context and culture.

Our flagship programmes, Inclusive Leadership and Sponsorship for Diverse Talent, have delivered strong impact for large multinational organisations, strengthening leadership capability and accelerating progression for underrepresented talent.

Our team is dedicated to providing practical and effective solutions for clients seeking to build inclusive and diverse workplaces. Here’s why you should choose us.

1.

We Are Obsessed with Using Evidence and Data

Our consultancy is committed to using evidence and data to inform our recommendations. We conduct in-depth research and analysis to ensure that our solutions are evidence-based, data-driven and effective.
2.

We are experts in Contextualing for Real-World Impact

Founded and based in Singapore, INCLUDE sits at the crossroads of Asia, where “one size fits all” DEI approaches rarely translate. Our roots in the region have shaped a deep understanding of cultural nuance, local workplace norms and what it takes to make global frameworks land in practice. Drawing on extensive experience with multinational organisations that operate across diverse locations, we design bespoke strategies and training that are tailored to your people, your culture and your location, so the work delivers meaningful, lasting impact.
3.

Our Team Has Walked in Your Shoes

Our team consists of consultants who have worked in the corporate and non-profit sectors and have practical experience in implementing DEI strategies. We are not just consultants who advise on impractical solutions. Instead, we understand the challenges and opportunities that businesses face when implementing DEI strategies, and we provide pragmatic advice and support.
4.

We Are a Diverse Team

At INCLUDE, we are proud to be a diverse team. We recognize the value of diverse perspectives and experiences, and we leverage our team’s diversity to provide innovative and inclusive solutions to our clients.

“I worked with Helen to develop a comprehensive Gender, Diversity and Inclusion (GDI) Strategy for the World Food Program. She developed a new global GDI strategy, translated this into an action plan with targets to measure progress, and advised on integrating the strategy into the overall new global People Policy. She is an international subject matter expert on Diversity and Inclusion who brings great knowledge and experience.”
Mumbi Mbocha

Diversity & Inclusion Officer

World Food Programme

“I’d like to thank you for the incredible Women In Leadership program you developed for JLL, complete with a graduation ceremony, certificates, participant toolkits, manager toolkits and a proposed “networking circle” calendar. I’ve read through all of the collateral you provided and was blown away! It’s not just about the quality of the research-based content you provided and the way you’ve engaged our people and built trust (which by the way is a huge challenge in this virtual world in which we now exist). What I appreciate most is the impact you’ve made.”
